How much do you charge for your service?
Normally we charge a retainer based on records to be tested, plus, if we are involved in the recovey, a share of the recovered amounts. In fact, we return to you a share of monies that your company already lost.
Do I need IS capability to provide the information you need?
Only enough to download your data to one of many compatible formats, such as: Dbase, TXT, Excel, Access, etc. If you can't do it, we can do it for you.
How about the confidentiality of the data we provide you?
Especially with the HIPAA regulation, you should be very careful when using your data. In you case, we just need numbers, not names. The fields we use are very minimal, so there is no such problem.
How much fraud and avuse can I expect you to find in our data?
It varies from company to company and the data to be tested. As an example, in Health Care, we expect between 8% to 12% of fraud and abuse.
